can anyone tell me what the low and high pressures should be when the ac compressor is on and do you need to re-calibrate the digital climate control when replaced? thanks in advance

I dont know about the digital controls but I just done my ac last month and the pressure with the ac on and running was 44 psi and with it off it was about 105 psi. I hope this helps you.

Hmm, I dont think so. My ac gauge said that anywhere in between 20 and 45 psi is good. Is the ac blowing cold at idle?

no it started to cool then just went warm again, the low side pipe was sweating until i raised the pressure and the clutch started cycling.

i changed the dryer, orfice tube, and pulled vacuum for 45 minutes, started charging emptied first can and clutch engaged but still cycling, started second can until cluch would stay engaged around 20 psi stopped charging to check temp. it was cooling but not as cold as it should be. started charging more up to 30-35 when it went warm and clutch would not stay engaged for any longer than 20 second intervals. thats it

I am no expert at this, just trying to help and give you some pointers from my experience with mine. I would check the relay and mabe switch it with one of the other ones under the hood at the fuse and relay box. I think the headlight and ac relay is the same. Mabe that is your problem. If not there is a guy on the other site that may be able to help you.
