working on some new guage pods, for the dual wide band gauges, should i ever decide to get them sad

anyway, the question i have is, back light the mounting spot with LEDs or leave them dark. I am going to build one into each end of the drivers side vents on the dash. I will still have air flow for heat and A/C, so i am thinking of back lighting the vents with Red to match the LED swap on the cluster and stuff I already did.

so do I back light em or not? also, do i back light the passenger side vents as well?

Thanks kids!
