heads are off.. new cam is in.. looks like my bearings are well worn tho.. sign of concern, but no time to pull the motor and rebuild.. forging ahead...

we gotta make one run to advance auto.. they have the clips that hold the radiator cooler lines on.. one we found was broke and shocked it didnt bust off.. we're not goin the oil cooler, or the LS2 chain.. since we found the cam bearing to have exceptional wear on them.. gonna have to plan for a rebuild.. not sure how thats gonna shake out due to not having any help around here.. but hopefully God will like me enough to make that work

nightmare after nightmare..
however.. we finally made progress.. cam is in.. heads are on..
unknown fact.. 2007 or newer TRUCK 243 heads are NOT LS6 heads.. not really but kinda
everything is the same, except the coolant crossover tube.
on these heads the front passages were plugged off.. we had to knock it out to get the tube in the proper place.. thought we had done some really really wrong things.
the intake is goin on next.. after a small break

im doin a lil engine build up on my truck , cam headers full exhaust and a lil nitrous
what did u do for heads i was planing on just getting my heads built by a shop for my cam.
